Delivery Timeline

Normally, orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

In rare cases, if an order is not delivered within 30 days from the date of order confirmation, the customer becomes eligible for a full refund upon request.
If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, customers may contact us to initiate the refund process.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged at the time of delivery, OR

The product cannot be delivered because the shipping address falls under an unserviceable area as determined by our delivery partner, OR

The order is not delivered within 30 days from order confirmation.
Damaged Product Conditions

The request must be raised within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Clear images and an unboxing video are required for verification.
Unserviceable Area

If our courier partner is unable to deliver to the provided address,

The order will be cancelled,

A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:

Color fading due to water, perfume, sweat, or chemicals
